Complex products.
Clear language.

I take complicated products, technical work, and the occasional wall of jargon – then turn them into content people can actually use.

Writing is the visible part.
The thinking behind it is the actual job.

Sometimes that means a product page. Sometimes it means learning how an infrastructure platform works before explaining it to everyone else. I write, edit, question the brief, and build the process that keeps the next hundred pieces from drifting off-brand.

Different industries.
Same problem: someone has to make sense of them.

Most of the writing is mine. Where other writers were involved, I set the direction, edited the work, and signed off on the final copy.

Multi-brand content leadership

Utilities One content ecosystem

Content strategy · Primary writing · Editorial direction

Infrastructure is complicated enough before nine divisions start speaking at once. I built the content system that gave the group a clearer, more consistent voice.

  • Brand and channel strategy across several companies
  • Website, landing page, social, campaign, and executive content
  • Briefs, reviews, standards, and final editorial approval
02

B2B SaaS · Infrastructure operations

GPM product story

Positioning · Product copy · Information architecture

Turned a complex operations platform into a product story that field teams, executives, and prospective clients can follow without a decoder ring.

  • Core positioning and value proposition
  • Module, industry, and use-case messaging
  • Feature-to-benefit structure and demo journey
03

Mobile apps · App Store · Google Play

Brilic mobile portfolio

App copy · ASO collaboration · Content strategy

Writing for 100+ apps leaves little room for precious copy. I wrote store descriptions that explained the value fast and worked with ASO specialists to help people find it.

  • Store descriptions built around product value and features
  • Keyword alignment with SEO and ASO specialists
  • Messaging systems designed for repeatable production
04

Software · Product marketing · Thought leadership

USSS product and editorial

Writing · UX copy · Content management

A software company needs more than one kind of copy. I moved between product pages, onboarding, campaigns, and long-form editorial – often in the same week.

  • EasiConnect positioning and supporting editorial
  • LED4Free product flow and onboarding language
  • Corporate stories, technical articles, and campaign copy
05

High-volume content · International team

Crowdo editorial operations

Editing · Quality assurance · Writer evaluation

High-volume content gets messy fast. I edited, proofread, evaluated writers, and helped keep the work consistent across blogs, forums, social, and Quora.

  • Proofreading and final quality control
  • Writer assessment and hiring support
  • Editorial standards for multiple content formats

The words live inside real products.

The rest of the writing life.

2013 – present

XAIRO / CRORKSERVICE

Long-form and SEO work across IT, healthcare, education, marketing, and entertainment. Basically, very few dull weeks.

Senior copywriting

AroundWire

Search-led marketplace content for a platform where almost every category needed its own logic.

EdTech · Multilingual

FunEasyLearn

Audited and edited multilingual EdTech content, kept the brand voice consistent, and developed an email concept for schools across the EU and CIS.

E-commerce

Digital Grup / EdenFantasys

Named products, wrote e-commerce copy, emails, and social content, then helped overhaul the website. A fairly complete tour of the funnel.

I write the words. Then I make sure the whole content operation works.

I have spent more than a decade moving between the writer's desk and the lead's chair. These days, that means content and marketing for B2B technology, infrastructure, mobile products, and the occasional industry that needs a translator before it needs a copywriter.

I am at my best when the subject is complicated, the brief is not quite there yet, and someone needs to find the actual point. I ask questions, learn the product, and turn it into language a real person can follow. Then I edit it once more, because apparently I cannot help myself.

Got something complicated to explain?
Good. I like those.
